Usual good service from Zest and it's carefully chosen providers. We've used Zest all around the world without issue.

From booking, to emailing, arriving at the desk, collecting the car and returning the car we received excellent service. Nothing was too much of a hassle for them. When we took the car back it had sand in, we apologised to the valet, he was so nice and very courteous. This was the 2nd time using Auto Union booking through Zest and we will definitely be using again.

I booked Hyundai i10, I got a Kia Picanto.
Easy pick up with professional check + pictures of the car. Same on the return. The scratch provided by another car user on the parking lot was covered by the insurance. So, issue or discussion.

It was so easy to book via Zest, I would 100% and already have encouraged people to use the comparison site, I went on holiday with others who had nothing but problems with their car hire provider, was so reassuring to know we had everything covered gave me the perfect start to my holiday.
