Zest have been amazing and have helped me so much during my stay in South Africa which had to be extended due to myself and my little girl firstly having one of our returning flights cancelled at four hours notice and then the two of us getting terrible flu. I travel to Durban frequently as my extended family is here and previously have booked through other search engines/providers and once the booking is made that’s it, there is no one to contact if there are any issues. With Zest there is a customer service number which unlike other places is actually answered and the staff Tamarin, Alison and apologies as I can’t remember the other team members names all helped me so much in extending my rental. The customer service line is answered quickly and the team are so helpful. I will continue to use Zest for all my future upcoming trips. Thank you again.
