I have booked through Zest before and usually look for Italy Car Rent as the provider. Both Zest and Italy Car Rent have been outstanding and provide excellent service . The car had lots of very minor marks and as minor I have rated excellent for condition and cleanliness of the car. Any small marks were noted on the paperwork and Italy Car Rent readily adjusted notes when additional marks were highlighted on collection. We have never been pressurised to take insurance in addition to the annual car rental insurance we already have. We travel regularly to Italy . Booking through Zest avoids some charges incurred when booking direct, such as snow chains - the free additional driver is a huge incentive. It would be wonderful if the free additional driver was available and cost effective all year . Great service ! Thank you
