For a taste of the island’s history and heritage be sure to visit the island’s capital, Santa Cruz. Visit the Museum of Man & Nature and take a stroll round Muelle Ribera Port. Spend the afternoon people watching or browse the shops and pick up a few souvenirs.
Soak up the Sun on Tenerife’s Beaches
Navigate your way to a diverse range of beaches, from those filled with black volcanic sand to shingle ones. A visit to the popular spot of Los Cristianos should satisfy your craving. Here you’ll find a bustling fishing village with plenty of restaurants, bars and clubs. Or, for somewhere a little quieter, head up to the north, where you will find Playa de las Teresitas.
Start a fun-filled day for the whole family. Journey to the south and you will stumble upon the Costa Adeje which is home to two water parks. Both Siam Park and Aqualand are filled with a whole host of activities.
