I'm very happy with the service I received. When I realised I had mislaid my licence, I was given full information about how to proceed and was still able to drive with a DVLA document of entitlement. There were no problems at all.

We had lots of problems with out first car and notified zest as soon as they opened at 8am. By lunch time we had a replacement car delivered to us! Zest was the easiest rental company I have ever dealt with and so friendly too. We picked up our car from PremiRent/Europcar and Sharon on the desk was such a bubbly person and a breath of fresh air to have someone so nice and upbeat and that time of the evening. The lady who brought the car to the front of the airport too for my disabled father in law, we really appreciated your willingness to help. Dealing with the branch manager over the phone for the replacement car as well...she couldnt do enough for us and was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you to both parties for making this the best hire car experience I have ever had!!!

Having arrived in Larnaca we found that we had booked the car a day too early. By sending and email to Zest in England the booking was altered and documents were forwarded by fax to Premi Rent(Europcar) as we did not have the faculty to print them - that is very good service plus we got a small rebate. We would certainly use Zest again and recommend them.
