We were met at arrivals with a named placard in very visible print with my husband's name on board and assisted with our luggage to vehicle collection. The staff member that completed the paperwork was very efficient and helpful and same on return of vehicle a different member of staff. The staff we met were very helpful pleasant and courteous.
