Have used Zest Car Rental on numerous occasions and have always been very satisfied with the service from booking to collecting car. Will use again in the future.

A very slick operation from picking up the car to returning it. The reception staff were very good, offered us an upgrade (at a cost) which we took. I like the full tank to full tank approach as it takes any dubiety out of how much fuel to put in. Overall I would thoroughly recommend Zest.

I used you before the name change to Zest but didn't realise you had changed your name. You were good then but excellent now. I will definitely come to Zest first for car rental. Thanks for an excellent service, keep up the good work.

Very good experience with both Zest and Elephant Rent a Car. The collection and return of the car was extremely simple and stress free. The customer service people at Elephant, especially John, made things so simple. Will definitely use this this partnership again in the future!

We have used GSP many times booked through Zest. It is a vey easy process. The GSP rep is always waiting for us at the terminal with a sign showing our name. He knows us well anyway and the documentation is dealt with quickly (you need booking form, passports, driving licences of all named drivers and a credit card in the main driver’s name, plus 15 euros if collecting at night). The cars are now located at the petrol station on site, so it is a bit of a walk to it. You return it to the petrol station by driving through number 1 car park - take a ticket and barrier automatically opens at the exit and drive round to petrol station. Then walk to terminal. We had a basic Nissan Note automatic - no extras like satnav but it was well maintained and easy to drive.

We had a very short notice flight cancelled and had to land at a different airport. We called the Zest out of hours emergency number and Harriet was amazing and helped us get it all sorted. She was brilliant. Have used Zest before and will continue to do so. Thanks guys!
