Dionisis at Fontana was excellent and very friendly offering lots of suggestions of where to go and where to eat. He helped us carry our bags from arrival to the car just a 2 minute walk from the airport. When there was a small issue with a car seat, he helped to ensure it was fixed straight away. They upgraded our car without us asking due to the availability they had. The car was excellent. We had no issues at all. We are awaiting our deposit return but for now I would say the service from Fontana is outstanding.

I would have no hesitation booking with Fontana again, they went through all the details of driving the car where a lot of rental firms just point you in the direction of where the car is parked.

The day we were due to leave , we noticed we had a puncture. The hotel contacted the hire company for us and they came out within 30 minutes, helped us and took us to the airport. We hadn't yet put fuel in and they did this for us and sent the receipt and just deduct it from our deposit. The rest was returned. Couldn't fault them . Didn't charge us for the puncture. Would definitely use Kyprexxo again.
