Nice selections of cars, didn’t get what I expected and was somewhat disappointed initially but actually turned out to be a lovely car to drive.
Wasn’t the quickest process when dealing with people as usually only one person available at each point, but all was explained well and I felt comfortable with what I was agreeing to.

Pick up and return very easy. Pleasant helpful staff. Car as booked, no complaints. Always book through zest as have had excellent customer service. Would use Madeira rent again

The vehicle was exactly as expected, new, clean and well presented.
I must stress the importance of making a video of the whole car before driving off because yet again there was a stone chip that was not noted on the paperwork before handover of the car which might have cost me a lot of money.
