Pick up was a little longer than expected but service was good and staff were lovely. Highly recommend

Easy pick up and drop off from the airport, staff all friendly on arrival lots of good advice about places to visit during our stay.
We would definitely use RentX again.

Very impressed with the whole process, from booking to returning the car. The folks at Movida in Funchal were friendly & efficient and the car was clean & well presented. I particularly liked (and appreciated, as I drove Madeira's narrow & twisty roads) the 'everything's covered' insurance package, and that there was no up-selling by rental company when we collected the car

The car was immaculate and new. Little corsa which was perfect for the roads around maderia.
The gentleman we met to receive the car was very helpful and cheerful. Simply explained the hire and was brilliant, the same was when they collected it. Two different people but with the same attitude and lovely personality. I will definitely use them again.

The whole online booking process was easy, quick and stress free! All of the staff were very polite, helpful and took their time to explain the car and answer any questions we had. The car was fantastic and we will definitely book with you again. Thanks again to your great team.

Only hiccup was that it took a while to locate the InsularCar agent outside the airport.
Had a mechanical problem with the car (just a worrying 'funny noise'), and was super impressed with the efficient and no-quibble manner in which InsularCar dealt with this, coming out and providing us with a like-for-like replacement in under 30 minutes.

The car rental went smoothly, even though we ended up arriving a day late due to not being able to land in Madeira as planned due to the weather. Communication with RentX was great and the car was waiting for us when we finally arrived.
