Staff very pleasant on pick up and return. Car very clean, suitable for the steep roads of Madeira and perfect size for our family of 4. On return there was a slight issue with the bodywork which was already there on pick up. As we had video evidence it was quickly and efficiently dealt with. Would definitely use this company again.

Received very prompt attention to my concerns about the original hire car's gear shift problems in the higher gears.
Rodavante technician delivered a replacement car to my Madeira apartment within the hour and arranged with the local office to reissue a new contract.
Reassuring and efficient Customer Service both face to face and on the telephone to resolve the issue.

We were very satisfied with the vehicle provided for us. It had more than sufficient capacity to transport 4 adults and cases to our villa.
The car was powerful enough to cope with the severe Madeira slopes and the Sat Nav was useful when it came to planning our trips.

I had read reviews on Zest Car Rental experiences and all was good with them. I had accidentally entered the wrong drop off time and one quick phone call to Zest instantly put this right. Zest even refunded me a days rental due to my mistake which was very much appreciated.

Very much like other reviews I read, the service provided via Zest with Insularcar was very good. The information provided was clear, the car was nearly new and very nice to drive and the operatives we dealt with were professional and friendly.

Very good advice from receptionist to change to a car with a bigger engine. 1.6 Diesel was fine on the steep and narrow roads.
