I regularly recommend Zest to other people, noting that it is often mentioned in travel articles as a safe place to go for holiday car hire. Zest were quick to make the changes needed when I was notified of an eight hour delay in my outbound flight, meaning a midnight pick-up. They were also reassuring and helpful in getting together all the info needed for an excess claim, which went through in one day once I had supplied everything needed.
Everyone at Insularcar was lovely: at collection, return and when I had to call them out to the scene of a minor collision. They kept saying my wing mirror damage and small scrape was nothing and I must not let it spoil my holiday.
