When I picked up the car it had a flat tyre. It was pumped up and I was advised to contact the AutoUnion office if there was any problems. There was no further issues and I am happy with the service I received.

Office for AutoUnion closed at airport on arrival so had to use office next door along with a long Q of people all wishing to see a AutoUnion representative, so a slow collection process.
Staff on return of vehicle very helpful & well mannered.
As always a great service from Zest with a clear and easy booking process with excellent communication throughout.
Will always want to use Zest every year going forward & have been a customer for many years.

The whole process was easy, which was great as this was my first trip abroad with my daughter travelling alone and so we were incredibly grateful for the ease of finding the office to collecting and dropping the car, and being met by lovely guys who directed us to the vehicle.
