Very easy and satisfactory rental. The insurance and additional policy were very good value and, having paid ahead of the rental, we felt relaxed in the knowledge we would have no need to decide about insurances when collecting the vehicle.

I now only ever use Zest when booking car hire overseas as they are the only Which recommended provider. I also used their excess cover this booking for the first time as the price compared favorably with other stand alone insurers. The entire process was hassle and worry free which is what I want when travelling and using car hire.

The no nonsense approach of Zest car rental is superb. No hidden costs with inflated excess figures or deposits makes car rental a pleasure. Was indicative that another person who booked car rental through another broker was arguing with the car rental people over additional costs they were trying to impose. No such problem with Zest
