Our first car had an engine warning come up, so we called Masterkings and were told that we had to get to the airport (an hour away from where we were staying) and collect a new car. I called Zest and they sorted out that a new car would be brought to us, which meant we didn't miss out on half a day of our holiday. Ali, the Zest rep, was really helpful on the phone and email.

The car was perfect for 1st week but it broke down with a throttle issue. Drive4Fun were very responsive and delivered another car to us very quickly. Their usual procedure is to send a tow truck and taxi to take you to airport for replacement but as there was a long delay for a tow truck they sent replacement car to us.

Being a Zest customer for many years and having used locally LagoRent, as always hand over of vehicle was very efficient and likewise returning vehicle at end of rental. Car was excellent; brand new with only 400km on the odometer.
