All cater for a range of abilities ensuring that you have a perfect round whichever you decide to visit. For something a little different, visit Quarteira during market day and try to find yourself a bargain.
For a spot of sightseeing why not travel to Faro? Visit the church of Nossa Senhora do Carmo and its ghoulish bone chapel. Constructed from the remains of 1,245 monks and decorated with a golden skeleton, the chapel is renowned for its unique design. Take note of the chilling inscription over the door put in place by the Carmelite monks who built the chapel in 1816.
Drive up the Monchique Mountains and partake in hiking or mountain biking. Be sure to stop at the old village of Monchique where you can enjoy a range of delicious cakes and desserts at one of the traditional pastelarias.
