After this covid pandemic we we're accustomed to inferior customer service but we we're very impressed with the service we received from Zest because every time we sent email inquiries they we're answered very quickly and effectively.

The car was delivered and collected at the hotel as we cannot walk as far as car park 4 anymore.
The company tell us to leave the keys at reception and collect it at a time convenient to them.
