The Zest website was really easy to use, providing lots of options for us to select the perfect vehicle for our trip. The Hertz customer adviser was really helpful and didn't try any hard sell for upgrading insurance etc. Overall a really good experience and would definitely use Zest next time we hire a car.

When my flight was cancelled Zest were fantastic at rearranging my booking on the phone to ensure the car was available when I arrived in Ibiza. It even worked out cheaper than the original quote! Thank you
