Car Hire in San Antonio.

Sample San Antonio.

With its beautiful palm tree lined promenade skirting the harbour, you’ll slip into holiday mode in seconds.

San Antonio is found on the west coast of Ibiza, around 25 minutes’ drive from Ibiza Airport. One of the most well-known resorts in the Balearics, San Antonio and the surrounding Bay cater for both families and those looking for buzzing bars and clubs. You can watch the sunset along the famous sunset strip, or take a stroll along the promenade and soak up the lively atmosphere.

During the day you can spend some time on one of the five beautiful beaches in San Antonio Bay, recognised as one of the Mediterranean’s most picturesque spots with white sand beaches and great ocean views.

Walk or drive to the other side of the town and relax at Cala Gracio. This lovely beach is a real gem and perfect if you have the kids in tow. Cala Gracioneta is also just round the corner. Nestled in a much smaller cove, it’s home to El Chiringuito restaurant, the perfect spot to enjoy the catch of the day or some local paella.

Downtown San Antonio

San Antonio’s downtown area is focused around the Square. Lined with cafés and bars, it’s a great spot to relax in the evening before dinner. When you start to feel peckish amble around the smaller side streets and take your pick from one of the excellent restaurants on offer.

Around the Island

If you are looking for a change of scenery during your time here, take a trip in your hire car to the other side of the island and visit Ibiza Town. You can wander through the bustling port area and enjoy the historic sites of Dalt Vila.

Head over to Santa Eulalia in the northeast of the island. A cultural hotspot, the town is a great place to visit if you’re interested in the arts. There is amazing food and a stunning marina, which has some great spots to sit and watch the tide come in. There are also some great art galleries whilst the nightlife is much more laid back.
