Now used Zest multiple times and have had excellent service on every occasion (unlike some other well known brokers). We would have no reservations about recommending Zest for keen pricing and excellent service.

We mainly use GSP. They are a family business and always look after us well. Cars are not brand new but always reliable.

For the first time ever I am more than pleased with the service provided by a car hire company. The handover and takeover were very professional and all was documented by photo and emailed to me immediately. The car itself was fine. Seven years old and with a fair few kilometres on the clock but it performed perfectly throughout the hire. Most hire cars in Cyprus are 'older' than we are used to in UK.
My security deposit and fuel payment were both back in my account within 12 hours! That's right 12 hours not days.
Do I recommend Europcar, through Zest yes I would and I shall be booking my September trip car hire through Zest shortly.

Everything was exactly as you said it would be. As regards Elephant - They provided contact details and clear advice about what was expected from us. We knew exactly how to contact them if we needed them thankfully nothing went wrong at all.

Zest Car Rental had the best price & advice about providers trying to sell you more insurance that you don't need. We spoke to Zest customer service and they were really helpful.

Excellent service from the beginning, I was chartered from the airport to the retail dealership to pick the car up which was in excellent condition and the same returning to the airport on my way home, the full service was hassle free and I would definitely use Zest again, 5 stars.
