Booking online was easy, emails were frequent and detailed. Car hire employee was waiting at the airport and was a quick and efficient service. Would recommend car hire company and book via Zest again.

We usually collect our car from the airport. Elephant were off site so we were apprehensive about this.
Absolutely no need to worry! It was actually more convenient as the representative was waiting for us so we weren’t wandering around trying to fine the hire company. Elephant’s site was just a couple of minutes out of the airport and easy to find when we dropped the car back. All of the staff were very helpful. Excellent service.

The car was perfect for our needs. When collecting the car, although we were offered extras there was no hard sell like we have had at different airports and other car rental companies. Would definitely use you again on our next visit.

Zero excess option takes lots of hassle out of the rental process. SixT handled an enquiry about a windscreen chip very efficiently.
