Everything was ok, the booking was easy and I got the car that I wanted. I had a problem with my new credit card which would not accept the damage waver and I had to pay Europcar's insurance waiver cost.
But the car was in great condition and great to drive, in fact it was the same car as we had last year.

Excellent customer service, the rep was waiting for us, signed all documents and we were away quicker than any rental before.
