Overall a very pleasant and reliable experience. The only comment I have is the disagreement of paying a deposit for the vehicle after paying an additional fee for insurance.

We found the Kia Picanto easy to drive and comfortable. The car was less than a year old. The next time we change our car we may well look for a Kia. We hope to be able to book again shortly through Zest and are very likely to choose Europcar.

From start to finish, the process was efficient and the instructions etc were very clear. Very smooth operation at Paphos Airport for collection and return. Highly recommend Zest (and locally, GSP Rentals too)
