GSP delivered and collected the car to our hotel which was very convenient and this was free of charge (unlike other providers). Car was very clean and good condition and was actually larger than expected (8 seater Serena when we order a typical 7 seater MPV). Excellent service and pleasant experience.

As always, a great un-complicated process. Staff remember us and welcome us back. We even had an up-grade too at no extra charge. Superb.
