Very please with Drive on Holidays, the shuttle came as expected time clearly visible with their brand and colors, picked us up and after 4 minute journey we were at the counter. Collecting the car people were brilliant, fast efficient and no attempt to oversell or force insurance. Got a brand new Hyundai i20, clean inside and outside the car. Returning the car was the similar great experience, nice facilities for you to make use also.

You have taken full concern for the situation and did everything possible to resolve the issues with the car supplier.

Zest, has been fully efficient with amazing customer interest in facilitating all matters.
While in Funchal we had our flight canceled twice, and Zest was right there, just a phone call away to sort all the car rental extension required, even by keeping the same car.

Zest were superb on 2 occasions 1. We had to delay by a day due to
Illness and you cancelled with no fee and were polite and helpful and I actually got through to a person! 2. When we arrived to collect the car we had an issue with credit card and wanted to pay be debit card. We phoned Zest who sorted it with car hire company once again so helpful. So nice to be able to actually speak to someone.
Price was good, we liked the extra driver being included and zero excess if you pay extra but reasonable insurance. We will use Zest again
