The first car Premirent had arranged for us had a chunk approx 2.5cm square in a front tyre which we reported immediately to the company representative upon inspection at collection. The response was an immediate change to another vehicle with no argument and the replacement car was without fault. We appreciated Premirents prompt action to correct the problem.

Great service from booking to finally returning car at end of our holiday. Rep was waiting as we exited arrivals and helped with our luggage to car. When we returned a rep was again soon there to check all ok and it was. We had Nissan micra which was perfectly adequate getting us round the west of the island. Would use Zest and InsularCar again.

Zest made picking up the car easy. Handy having the shuttle bus to depot. Staff explained everything clearly and politely. Also showed me photos of previous damage to the car, and advised me to take my own video and photos of the car before I took it. Overall I was pleased with the service and would rent from them again and recommend others. Thank you.
