They were also waiting for us at drop off .

The test of a good company is how they serve customers when problems occur. After a week our Nissan Micra developed a system fault and it lacked power. An Insularcar staff member came out to our hotel promptly on Sunday afternoon with test kit and checked and reset the system and did a test drive. After a couple of days the fault recurred and a replacement car was very quickly provided. This is exemplary service and reinforced our happiness with Insularcar over a good number of years.

Zest were very helpful in re-organising our car hire following a late flight cancellation. Spoke to Tommy (I think) on the phone, was all sorted in minutes - very happy with the service will use again for our next trip abroad.
