A very easy process throughout. Why isn’t it always like this when renting a car? No hard sell of extra insurance and even received the make and model that I requested. Best of all there was no excess - I would only book with a company that offered this.

Excellent service from both Zest and Drive on Holidays. In fact, it was by far the best experience we’ve ever had in renting a car! Check-in and out with Drive on Holidays was efficient and smooth, and the return of the deposits and invoice for tolls was processed the next day. We will be using Zest from now on and wouldn’t hesitate to use this car rental agency again if we ever return to Lisbon! Wonderful service!

Delivered to our hotel in Lisbon at the agreed time. (Small charge but worth it for ease and not having to get a taxi). A very simple handover due to online check in completed prior to collection. Arrived with a full tank which was ideal as we did not need to find a petrol station in the city.
Return was simple, dropped at the airport in Faro - agent waiting but clear instructions of what to do to make a seamless drop off without having to wait for an agent if they were busy.
We have used Zest for several trips now - no hidden charges, clear pricing and well laid out documentation with good advice
