Delivered to our hotel in Lisbon at the agreed time. (Small charge but worth it for ease and not having to get a taxi). A very simple handover due to online check in completed prior to collection. Arrived with a full tank which was ideal as we did not need to find a petrol station in the city.
Return was simple, dropped at the airport in Faro - agent waiting but clear instructions of what to do to make a seamless drop off without having to wait for an agent if they were busy.

Rent Auto I would rate as one of the very best car rental firms in Portugal. Extremely good service, nothing is too much trouble, the rental terms are excellent and place it at the very top with lots included that others charge for. The car was unbelievably good, we were actually quite emotional dropping the car off and asked if we could have the exact same car next time, Peugeot 208.
The staff were extremely helpful, absolutely faultless. We are extremely happy with the service and car and will definitely be using Rent Auto for all our car rentals in future in Portugal.

We were very happy with the car rental. The team at Amoita were super friendly and we couldn't have asked for more. The rep even arranged for us to be dropped off at the nearest metro station after the car return. Our very best wishes to him and his team.
