Overall we were happy with our car hire although we would have found driving in Sicily easier with a built in satnav.

Seemless booking throughout. Sicily by Car at Catania Airport were extremely helpful and professional. No issues in using them again. I had the extended insurance through Zest and felt no hard sales from the rental company to take their additional cover.

Catania airport car service was Eurocar.
Our flight was cancelled at the last minute. Managed to rebook for 2 days later and hence had to phone zest customer services. They handled the problem efficiently and sorted another car with appropriate refund, much to my relief.

Really great support from Zest when they realised our flight had been cancelled, contacted me and helped rearrange based on new flights.
