I have found Zest's service excellent and a big reassurance in arranging a complex set of hires on a trip to Sicily and mainland Italy.

Zest car rental was an excellent choice for me. I had a few complications in Sicily but was able to talk to Hannah who had been dealing with my car rental from the beginning and it was sorted out.
I had to make some changes to my booking due to last minute emergencies and these were managed quickly and efficiently.
I would certainly recommend Zest car rental in terms of value for money, efficiency and support when collecting the vehicle.

I've used Zest on several occasions now. I always feel confident that if there should be any issues that they are there to help.
I have recommended to friends & family. My son came with us on this holiday & also used Zest & same hire company.

Great and efficient service at Alamo both by the gentleman checking us in and Guiseppe who did the return.
Easy and very positive experience.
Also with the correspondence and assistance from Zest prior to our rental.

Using Zest Car Rentals to hire a car in Sicily gave us confidence and reassurance- we knew that if we had a problem we had additional
help and support. Knowing they are Which? recommended was very important.
Centauro were excellent. They were professional, quick and helpful when we picked up the cars and at the drop off. We were given an upgrade as one of the driver’s had a birthday whilst we were away.
We had a burst tyre and Centauro were helpful in enabling us to deal with the problem.
All in all we will definitely use Zest and Centauro again.
