Very good service, both collecting and returning. Car had ten small areas of damage when we picked it up, and we identified four more that we flagged up to the Italy Car Rent person in their car park office, and which were logged before we started driving. Most were very small marks though there were a couple of long light scratches. No issue at all on returning, and very prompt inspection while we took out our bags. Handy location right by the terminal. Good value for money, highly recommended, and efficient communications from Zest.

Booked online several weeks before travel. Zest provided the best quote. We lost our email with all of our booking information arrived in Italy without a clue where to go or even which rental company we needed to find. We had no booking reference (all our fault I think) and only knew we had used Zest by looking at the payment on the bank statement. This was very easily resolved by Zest with a very brief phone call and a resend of the booking confirmation. Great value. Could not have had a better service. Thank you Zest.

I was both impressed and grateful for the help that we received from Zest in rearranging our rental arrangements at the last minute.
Like many others, our travel plans for Sicily changed because of the Catania airport fire. Zest sorted everything within a few minutes even though it was 'out of hours' and we were due to fly the next morning.
