I was very surprised how easy it was to use there website, book a car, and be picked up at the airport after 10 min wait
The pick-up of the car was seamless and quick with no pressure into getting extra insurance, the return was as easy as the the pickup, I also got a refund on fuel I did not use. Over round first class service definitely use again, highly recommended

Sicily By Car is my supplier of choice. Zest Car Rental is my broker of choice. The service is excellent, the cars are of a very good quality and the staff are helpful and customer focused. Sicily By Car is not always the cheapest option but in terms of quality, experience and ease of use I would not choose anybody else. First class on all counts.

As usual Zest has been great to use. I have been using you for a long time. Hiring from Alamo was very smooth which is what you always wish for. The Zest selection initially always requires a bit of consideration as to the which car hire company to use. Worth noting in Italy check up on the ZTL restriction zones when driving into towns.

This was my first rental and was worried with all the negative comments you hear about renting cars in general. Everything from start to finish was done with ease. Wasn’t pressured to buy extra insurance etc. returning car took only minutes. I couldn’t have asked for more.
