Zest's website was easy to use and compare different hire car companies. When we booked our car, the information received was clear and easy to understand and they kept us up to date with information and documents. We had excellent telephone help from Zest in the UK when we had a minor problem finding the shuttle from the airport in Palermo to the EasyCar hire depot and our phones weren't working properly. Zest phoned the hire company direct and guided us to the meeting point - hugely helpful!
