Would 100% use zest again .. I missed my connecting flight so knew I would be delayed to collect my car from
SIXT… I contacted the zest team and they kept in touch with me and the local office by email and phone. Whilst the airline I was using were an absolute shambles the team at Zest were spot on first class!

I’m extremely happy with the service I received from Zits. The staff were very professional and always available when needed. The first car had a gear problem, so I emailed them, and within a few hours they delivered a replacement car directly to my address. Excellent service—well done to the team.

Zest found the car provider at good price.
Overall great service from Europcar especially picking up and returning the car.
The comment about satisfaction with the car relates to the car not Eurocar. With hindsight, I would have chosen a more powerful vehicle to get around the slopes of Cape Town.

Car we specified wasn’t available so agent arranged similar car then met us the following day with the correct car. Everybody was very helpful, and apologetic, but they sorted it so no problem as far as I’m concerned. Drop off was very easy, everybody was very polite and helpful.
