Zest provided all of the information I needed at every step so I was completely comfortable renting the car. Europcar staff were friendly and professional, and did not try to persuade me to take out any extra insurance as I'd already arranged this through Zest.

Excellent to be able to ask you, before paying the final balance, whether there was a cheaper alternative. This saved me a lot of time and you obtained the cheaper offer so quickly over the phone.

Very positive experience with Zest and easy to change car to an automatic when prices dropped. It felt reassuring having an external company to deal with if there were any issues.
Positive experience also with Europcar. No upselling on arrival. Lovely vehicle with plenty space. Heard bad things about car rental
In South Africa but surprisingly no issues were found with the car and deposit fully returned. We plan to go back to South Africa and will use Zest and Europcar again.

Everything went very smoothly. Europcar provided details of how to leave the airport safely and what roads to use and not to use. I had researched this but what they provided was very reassuring. My card was immediately debited with the security charge but advice from Zest following the rental put my mind at rest that this would be refunded and it duly was within 4 days of returning the car.
