Everything went very smoothly. Europcar provided details of how to leave the airport safely and what roads to use and not to use. I had researched this but what they provided was very reassuring. My card was immediately debited with the security charge but advice from Zest following the rental put my mind at rest that this would be refunded and it duly was within 4 days of returning the car.

Jolly good service and cost. As it happened I believe I had a better car than that which I had ordered so very pleased.
On return I had been unable to top up the fuel and could not easily find a garage near the airport. Nonetheless, the car did not need much fuel anyway and the charge was notified to me the next day, so fine.
