All in all I was highly satisfied with the service provided, and I want to single out for praise the Insularcar team at Madeira airport. (The "Satisfactory" rating for finding them on arrival is because I hadn't seen the message saying they were waiting for me *outside* the terminal.)

Honestly, this was excellent from start to finish. There was no waiting around or queuing at all — it felt like a truly personal service. We were met on arrival and taken straight to the car, which was only a short walk away. The representative checked the vehicle with us and made sure we were comfortable with all the basics, such as the air conditioning and controls.
The whole experience was extremely professional, friendly, and personal. Returning the car was just as easy — the Insulacar representative was already waiting for us in the car park.

Another booking completed through Zest, as normal everything went perfectly. No que at the collection desk, short walk to collect the car and the same on return. Already have two more bookings with Zest and would definitely recommend.
