10 minutes on Google to decide on car/rental company, the afternoon before wanting a car.
We decided to pay for the car to be delivered and picked up.
Lagorent delivered car very quickly - ahead of the time requested!
Very polite and professional.
No issues at all with the car.
Pick-up was nice and quick.

I've rented many cars and would say this experience was smooth and problem free. They delivered the car on time, communicated with me beforehand and the paperwork was simple enough. The car was as described ('or similar model') a Seat Arona and was easy to drive, very light steering but slightly underpowered at the low end. Would use this company again.

I had some issues with the rental company at check in. I called Zest, they answered very quickly and were supportive and helpful on the phone. They spoke to the rental company for me and followed it up with their head office.
Zest were fantastic and were there when things weren't right. I should add that the issue was with the car rental company and not with Zest, cannot fault the customer service Zest provided.
