I had some issues with the rental company at check in. I called Zest, they answered very quickly and were supportive and helpful on the phone. They spoke to the rental company for me and followed it up with their head office.
Zest were fantastic and were there when things weren't right. I should add that the issue was with the car rental company and not with Zest, cannot fault the customer service Zest provided.

The easiest process of renting a car in Albufeira, Portugal! The car was delivered to our hotel and we returned it in Lisbon near the airport. The staff of Masterkings were all very friendly, professional and thorough in terms of explaining things, and also pointing out the little dents and scratches in the car before handing it over. The fact that a second driver was added at no cost was a definite plus! Also, additional insurance was very affordable and additional charge for driving over to Seville was REASONABLE, unlike other rental companies.

Best car hire I have ever used. The car was not only an upgrade but was brand new, just delivered with 13km on the clock.
The staff were lovely and advised not to get extra motorway pass as all tolls had been removed on the A22 which I would be driving on.
