When collecting, the car the representative explained the controls which may be apparent or known to some but reassuring to me. I also needed to extend the rental by one day, no problem. The representative suggested I call Zest to arrange this and big shout to Zac who sorted this. Definitely be using Visacar again.

New website for driver passport and licence details is good, needs an option to add a second driver. Service was very good, didn't like the Fiat Panda

Great car, perfect for our travel needs. Excellent service through VisaCar rental. Zest's easy to use website provided the best overall rates for an all inclusive package - vehicle, insurance, and other fees. We will likely become repeat customers going forward.

We were extremely pleased with everything… friendly service and comfortable vehicle. Signage directing customers from the showroom to the office (a few doors down) would be appreciated.

Excellent service, the car provider didn't mention extra insurance or secure deposit as they had all of the details of my booking with you.
The car was delivered to the hotel on time and the details were fully explained.
Overall a extremely hassle free experience, thank you.
