Our flight was diverted to another Air port due to Mt Etna erupting this made us 5 hrs late for oure car collection.
There was no problem the staff were very nice and helpful very happy 😊 Bob

We had an issue with our original booking - the rental company incorrectly asked for an international driving permit. Zest customer service were fantastic, I called them up and within minutes they had resolved the problem, rebooked us with another rental company and even refunded us some money. They’re looking into the original rental company. Great to have them on our side.

I received a significantly upgraded car, which was a bonus. Ada and Vera at Ecovia Catania airport were brilliant on pick up, as was Georgio (I think was his name) on return. All in all, top quality service.

My second time using Zest to book a car in Europe and I continue to be impressed by the level of service and customer care.
I was apprehensive as Europcar were the vehicle provider and Zest the agent but the whole process could not have been simpler or more professional. Zest are definitely my ‘go to’ car hire company.

A little ambiguous to find initially as not a lot of signage compared to other rental companies - but we found them!
The agent was very efficient and friendly. The car was waiting for us and we were given instructions on how to exit the area.
On returning the car the process was agent checked car over and we took photos - a seamless process again.
We would recommend ECH for rental in Catania.

Service by Zest was exceptional especially when we had to downgrade 48 hours before departure (all arranged in 15 minutes over a bank holiday weekend). Felirent were really good to deal with and didn't try any hard sell as we had purchased top up insurance at a great price directly with Zest. Only hold up we had was getting to the Felirent desk - directions could have been better but that wasn't helped by road and car park alterations at Catania airport.
