Excellent service provided by both you and your partners in Sicily. Car was in excellent condition and the staff at the airport very helpful and efficient. Perhaps a bigger sign saying car return would have been useful. As was very difficult to find.

The rental desk was within Catania airport...and that was a bonus. No nasty surprises on my credit card when I got home....and that too was a bonus!

Excess reimbursement was a major factor and it was simple to understand what was and wasn't included in your price unlike many of your competitors who seem to make it deliberately vague until you get to the final booking page! Car was fairly new and in excellent condition. Agents very pleasant. One thing that could be improved-directions yo the car rental area as it isn't obvious when you get there (they don't have a desk in the terminal like many others and there's no signs to the area you need to walk to).

It's always a seamless operation from booking the vehicle to picking the vehicle up at the other end. One small point. At Catania Airport the hire company Maggiore are based outside the terminal building about 200 yards away. There are no signs when leaving arrivals telling you this. It might be of assistance to advise customers hiring from Maggiore of this fact.
