Service by Zest was exceptional especially when we had to downgrade 48 hours before departure (all arranged in 15 minutes over a bank holiday weekend). Felirent were really good to deal with and didn't try any hard sell as we had purchased top up insurance at a great price directly with Zest. Only hold up we had was getting to the Felirent desk - directions could have been better but that wasn't helped by road and car park alterations at Catania airport.
