Service by Zest was exceptional especially when we had to downgrade 48 hours before departure (all arranged in 15 minutes over a bank holiday weekend). Felirent were really good to deal with and didn't try any hard sell as we had purchased top up insurance at a great price directly with Zest. Only hold up we had was getting to the Felirent desk - directions could have been better but that wasn't helped by road and car park alterations at Catania airport.

Desk at Catania Airport was easy to find; kind staff.
Had our car within 25 minutes after landing.
Got a brand new car, very nice drive, no problems at all.

Many thanks for your assistance in swapping our hire car for a smaller one due to a change of numbers by us. I was very impressed with the phone consultation I had with your representative - excellent service.

The team at Italy Car Rent Catania are the best and most helpful we have encountered in our many trips to Sicily. We would always go with them always using Zest.
For a holiday encapsulating wonderful weather, stunning landscapes, beautifully white sandy beaches and rich cultural experiences, look no further than Sicily.…
