The service was great - they did not push extra insurance. The car was like new. Just took a few minutes to find the ECGH stall in the car park. Return was easy and my deposit was returned within a week. We were apprehensive about ECH because it was cheap, but it was all very smooth and without problems. Would use again!

Very good service from collection of the car to taking the car back to base. Quite close to the airport. Very clear explanation of the rules of car hire.

Alter I arranged the car hire I was frightened by some of the negative reviews that were given to Centauro (Sicily). I had nothing to worry about as I found them to be really friendly and helpful, especially Luigi.
I will certainly use this company again.

Lara was superb is sorting out an issue on collecting the vehicle. The start of our holiday could have been easily ruined (my fault) but she was fantastic in helping us resolve. I will definitely recommend Zest

Probably the best car hire experience we've had through Zest. Everything was perfect. The original booking experience through Zest was as good as ever.
The Alamo/Locauto front desk staff at Catania airport were very efficient & friendly, the system for collecting and returning the car was excellent and the car itself was perfect, brand new in fact 🙂

Our flight landed early and our booked car was not yet available. We got an upgraded vehicle for a very modest fee and were very happy with the replacement vehicle.
Staff were friendly and very informative. Would use Zest again.
