The whole process of booking, finding the car and driving in and out of Palermo airport was easy. The service of both Zest and Italy Car Rent was also very good. I did book a slightly higher rated car which meant it was higher off the ground which in Sicily is essential. I also had no issues so I can't comment on how it goes when something does go awry.

Consideriow busy the arrivals area was, our experience was fist class. Waiting time around 5 minutes and staffe very courteous. Formalities over quickly and no pressure to buy extra insurance once they knew we were covered. Short walk to pick up area (less than 2 mins) and car ready to go. Useful info given on where to fill up on return. Marco was ready to collect the car on our return with a very quick and courteous turnaround. Would definitely recommend Sicily by Car.

Very helpful, 2nd driver delayed due to new immigration procedure. Allowed me the main driver to formalise paperwork and check out vehicle 2nd driver met us at car park had license copied there and away we went
