All worked well, it was a small airport and we were the only customer picking up and dropping off a car so hence it was speedy. The fact it was off airport was well managed. The phone number worked and the pick up was quick from the office. We are using you in Pisa this summer as well. We'll see how that goes, if well then I think you will be our hire car booker of choice
