The lady in the Enterprise office was the best customer service operator I have ever dealt with. I would use Enterprise in Toulouse just based upon how she is with customers.

We had to change the booking arrangements at the last moment because the sudden complete shut down of Heathrow airport meant that we had to re-schedule our flights and arrival times. Your Zest operator was calm, polite and efficient and secured us a suitable car very quickly. It made a highly stressful day slightly easier for us.

I was slightly worried about reviews for Keddy but I was delighted by everything to do with the rental. Staff at the Europcar desk were helpful, the car was almost brand new and the return (despite a day late because of Heathrow closure) was very easy.

I haven't booked a hire car abroad for many years so l found the whole process very confusing. I decided to use Zest as they were recommended by Which?. I was not disappointed. The whole booking process was very clear and simple and I felt a lot more comfortable knowing that there was a 24 hour manned helpline in the UK if I experienced any problems. Fortunately I didn't have to use this as all the staff in Sixt at Toulouse-Blagnac Airport were so helpful on the handover and return. Should I have the need to hire a car in the future, I would definitely book through Zest again!
