Car was the exact model booked. Some existing bodywork damage but all was declared on the form. Very quick pick-up and drop-off. Excellent rental overall.

2nd time using Zest and I really like the clarity of the booking and insurance details so there is no confusion when picking the car up.
The car this time was fairly well marked on every panel, but this did not affect us driving it and it was great value for the time we had it.
We will definitely use Zest again.

First time using Zest and had an excellent experience. We missed our flight and booked a flight to another airport. I called Zest 2 hours before our new flight and they managed to change the car collection point and arrange it all very smoothly and at a cheaper price. I will definitely use them again very positive experience.
