Car delivered to hotel. Great customer service and easy to deal with. Deposit retuned to account within 48 hours of rental end time.

The car provided by Visacar was excellent. We received an upgrade to a larger vehicle which was almost new and in pristine condition. The assistant at the rental location was very helpful, gave us an extensive briefing on the vehicle features. He checked that we had made provision for the excess on our insurance but there was not the hard sell which is sometimes a feature of car collection. I returned the car slightly early without realising the office was closed for lunch. Nevertheless the same assistant interrupted his break to accept the car. I think booking out of season helped massively in that we got an excellent rate and there were many cars available. Nevertheless the service from Zest and Visacar were first class and I will certainly use both companies again.

David delivered the car to my hotel and was very efficient, everything was done in a short space of time with no problems whatsoever. I left the car at hotel and it was collected after my departure.

quick efficient delivery of vehicle to apartment in Albufeira and drop off to Faro airport office was really easy with a couple of minutes walk to the terminal. Great friendly service from all the staff
