EPI Rent a car were so quick and efficient at pick up and return of the car. Their staff were also friendly and gave helpful advice. They were fully informed and positive about the insurance provided by Zest. We would definitely use them again.

Used Zest for many years and will continue to do so . Similarly also opted to use Masterkings for many years. Although the condition of their cars vary (some cosmetically have scratches and chips etc) they're fairly relaxed when it comes to minor cosmetic marks etc. on the car, Basically just tell you to video around car before you depart and give it a very quick visual walk around when you return.
I have hired from mainstream hire companies in the past who have highlighted 'pin head' size damage marks on the hire sheet (some where even their employee couldn't find it when I asked them to point it out!) which means you spend your holiday worrying about where you park or whether you might get a stone chip. Masterkings definitely take this stress out of hiring a car - highly recommended 😊
