Had a problem this Tuesday as Ryanair missed their slot which resulted in a one and a half hours delay stuck in the Plane awaiting a time to take off. I phoned yiur office and asked if you would let our Hire Car company of the delay..your colleague was most helpful and sorted this out. On arrival the Hire Company were aware of our plight.
