The service throughout was excellent the staff were engaging, polite, friendly and efficient. I was delighted to say no attempt to sell anything extra There was a slight problem with getting the correct car and it was resolved very well, very quickly and entirely to my satisfaction. The return process was easy and completely painless. All in all a great experience. Thank you so much.
